Capture One handles RAW files from DSLR/P&S cameras. It allows the photographer to adjust the exposure, white point, color balance etc. of the image prior to processing it into a TIFF or JPEG file. Cataract Surgery
Update - March 5th: The left eye surgery is done and with remarkable results. I am having cataract surgery on March 4th (left eye) and March 25th (right eye). I'm lucky that my insurance covers 80% of the cost. I have to pay 20%. As I get closer, there are numerous tests and appointments that will take me off line from time to time, Also, I don't know how much news I'll be able to post while recuperating. but I'll post as much as I'm able to.
